FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Pricing, process, phone reputation, deliverability and what working with our team looks like.

General

What does RevStx do?
We fix the infrastructure between your sales team and your revenue: phone number reputation and branded caller ID, email deliverability, speed-to-lead automation, CRM architecture, lead data quality and conversion funnels.
Who is it for?
Companies doing roughly $1.5M–$20M in revenue with an outbound sales team, in any vertical. Mortgage, insurance, financial services, real estate, home services, legal intake, SaaS and staffing are common.
Do you generate leads?
No. We make the leads you already pay for convert. Most clients find that fixing reach and response is cheaper than buying more volume.
Do I have to change my CRM or dialer?
No. We build in HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and the dialers and sending tools you already use.

Pricing & Contracts

How much does it cost?
Quick Fixes start at $1,500, the Pipeline Audit is $3,500, Sprints start at $12,500, and managed plans run $5,000, $8,500 or $15,000 per month. Full details are on the pricing page.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Fixes, the Audit and the Sprint are one-time projects. Managed plans have a 90-day initial term, then continue month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
Is the Audit fee credited?
Yes, 100% toward a Sprint or managed plan started within 30 days of your readout.
What isn’t included in the price?
Software licenses, telecom and branded caller ID usage, data and enrichment credits, and ad spend. Those stay on your accounts or are billed at cost.

Phone Reputation

Why are my numbers flagged as spam?
Carrier analytics engines score numbers on call volume, call duration, answer rates, complaints and registration status. High-volume outbound patterns from unregistered numbers are flagged often, even when the calls are legitimate.
Can you guarantee my numbers won’t be flagged?
No one can honestly guarantee that, because numbers are re-scored continuously. We control registration, attestation, branded display, pacing and fast remediation, which keeps labels off far more reliably than rotating numbers.
How long does it take to remove a label?
Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on each analytics provider’s review timeline.

Email Deliverability

What are the Gmail and Yahoo sender rules?
Since February 2024, bulk senders must authenticate with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe on marketing messages, and keep spam complaint rates under 0.3%.
Will you send from our main domain?
We recommend separate sending domains for outbound so your primary domain’s reputation stays protected.

Working Together

What do you need from us?
Access to your CRM, phone provider, DNS and sending tools, one decision-maker, and about an hour a week during a Sprint.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything lives in your accounts and is documented at handoff.
How do we start?
Book a 20-minute fit call. We’ll recommend the smallest engagement that solves your problem.
